URGENT NOTICE: The SIPO Electronic Filing System Will Be Closed for Mandatory Updates from September 1 to 3, 2016

The State Intellectual Property Office of P.R. China (SIPO) will update the Electronic Filing System from September 1, 2016 to September 3, 2016. Any documents can NOT be filed via Electronic Filing System during this period.
 
Kindly note that any official deadline falls due during this period can NOT be extended to the next business day.

To avoid negative effect caused by instability of the updated system, we recommend that any official deadline from August 31, 2016 to September 5, 2016 shall be completed before August 30, 2016. If you have any application to be filed with the SIPO during this period, please inform us before August 30, 2016.
 
Should you have any urgent cases that are due during these days, please take proper measures or make necessary arrangements as early as possible.
