Professional Experience

In 1994, Ms. Liu started her professional career at a patent agency. From 1989 to 2001, she worked for China Standardization Institute, being in charge of drafting national standards and international standards involved.

 In May of 2001, Ms. Liu founded Leader Patent & Trademark, mainly focused on patent drafting, infringement prosecution, invalidation prosecution, and consulting. She has handled over 2,000 patent applications and over 400 patent dispute cases. She was rated as a “four-star patent attorney of 2015”. Only 12 patent attorneys were awarded four-star ratings nationwide.

She is the executive director of All-China Patent Agents Association and actively participates in interacting with SIPO officials on examination policy development.
