Ms. Shuang Ma has rich experiences in domestic and abroad patent applications. Her focus is on providing intellectual property management and strategic consulting services to both domestic and foreign clients. She is skilled in patent drafting, infringement prosecution, invalidation prosecution, and consulting.

She joined in Leader Patent & Trademark Firm in 2010, and now she is the director of International Patent Agency Dept.. Ms. Ma is in charge of all management work of dept., also she is very good at training and mentoring young attorneys. As the internal lecturer of the office and the supervisor of international patent agency dept., Ms. Ma is very respected by the new patent attorneys and engineers.

Ms. Ma also handles litigation and invalidation cases. Some of important cases she participated in are sufficiently influential in the Chinese field.
