direcor of International Patent Agency Dept., Ms. Yang is in charge of the management work and qulity control of out-going patent applications in the dept..

Ms. Yang’s practice concentrates on the patent applications abroad. She is very familiar with the patent filing procedures in different countries/regions. She is always invited by our clients to give lectures.

She also participates in patent lawsuits and invalidation cases. One case she handled is selected in Top 10 Annual Intellectual Property (Patent) Cases of 2014
